The Carolina Cuff was designed in honor of a special workshop I gave some years ago. Guess where it took place? The design has an extraordinary level of detail, simulating the jewels one sees on expensive "fine jewelry". You will work with metal Pearl Purl, with freshwater pearls, and with beautiful silks and ribbons. The instructions come with the detailed steps of how to finish your needlepoint piece as a cuff and how to bead the edges of the cuff to give that final bit of elegance.
